How to Shop

Shopping on geicostore.com is easy. You can place your order online in a secure/encrypted environment. Below each of the items located on our webpage you will see an “Add to Cart” button. Clicking this button once will automatically add the item to your cart. One item will be added per click.

To make a larger purchase, click on the image of the item and enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box. Then click the “Add to Cart button” and the item(s) will be added to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items in your cart, and submit your order.

In the top right corner of your screen you will see the shopping cart icon. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.

Product Search
If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search icon. Click on the magnifying glass icon and a text box will be generated. Within this field you may enter the product name or item number. For example, if you type "mug" in this field, you will then be directed to a search results page with images and prices of all the mugs available for purchase on the eStore. Click on any of the images to see additional information about the product.

Inventory Availability
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions:

  • In Stock:  The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
  • Out of Stock:  This item is currently not available for purchase. Please contact our customer service department for further details 1.877.969.2122.

Ordering & Payment Options

Online Ordering
Purchases can be made via VISA, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX.

International Orders
To place an international order, please email your selections to support@geicostore.zendesk.com. You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled. You may also call your order into a Customer Service Representative at 1.877.969.2122.

International Payment Information.

The customer is responsible to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please contact your local agency for details on estimated fees. Geicostore.com is not responsible for duties and taxes if an international package is refused for any reason. We will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We also will not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to MD, VA and District of Columbia.

 

Shipping Information

In-stock merchandise ships from Capitol Heights, MD, normally within two business days of your order being received. Please allow applicable time for delivery based on shipping method.

Your order will ship via the shipping method selected upon checking out. All regular and expedited freight charges will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. Expedited and same day shipment orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. EST in order to ship the same day. Otherwise the order will be shipped the following business day.

If you provide us with your email address, you will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification from Sureship when you order has shipped. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping and includes a description of your order and a tracking link for your shipment.

*We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Please return your item(s) to:
